All prices displayed on bumster.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

Orders are subject to product availability and verification. After placing an order, we may contact you if additional information is required to process it.

If a product becomes unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or product information error, we may cancel the affected item or order and contact you accordingly.

Bumster currently delivers within Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including their name, address and contact number.

Because boxer shorts are intimate garments, they cannot generally be returned or exchanged after delivery because of a change of mind, personal preference or because the customer selected the wrong size.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received a different item or design from the one ordered.
• The size delivered does not match your confirmed order.
• The product has a stitching or manufacturing defect.
• The product arrived damaged.
• There is a significant printing, material or design defect.

Please provide your order number, a short explanation and clear photographs showing the issue.

We do our best to make sure product descriptions, prices and sizing information displayed on bumster.pk are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen or display settings. Minor variations may also occur between products.

Customers should review the available sizing information carefully before placing an order.

We may correct errors or update product information, pricing and availability when reasonably necessary.

You may use bumster.pk for lawful personal shopping purposes.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security measures or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

The Bumster name, logo, branding, website copy, graphics, layouts and other original materials belong to Bumster or are used with permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without permission.

Some visual content on bumster.pk may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools.

We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable shopping experience, but we cannot guarantee that every part of the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Bumster will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
