Definitions
Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
Once you place an Order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we received your Order but does not signify acceptance or guarantee product availability.
A binding contract is formed only when we ship the Products and send you a shipment confirmation email.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in your local currency and may change without notice until an Order is accepted.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is due when the Order is placed.
Applicable sales taxes, import duties, and other governmental charges may apply and will be added during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you when the Products are delivered to the carrier.
Additional customs charges, import duties, or other governmental fees may apply to international Orders.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You may return unused Products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned Products are received.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product descriptions, and designs, belongs to Bumster Store or its licensors.
